Steve and Jenelle Povey commenced retailing Organic Meat 14 years ago because we believe in the Organic philosophy of providing safe, healthy, natural and nutritious meats, just as nature intended. At that time, we were sourcing Organic farmers who were struggling to get into the Brisbane market.
As the years have progressed, The Meat-ting Place has become the leading and largest processor and retailer of Organic Meat in Queensland with our own farmers proudly growing for us.
The Meat-ting Place is a certified organic business with the BFA/ACO (Australian Certified Organic) Retailer No 10018R and ACO Processor No 10018P.
We are a family business with our Son, Andrew and Daughter, Jess involved in the Company. Our staff have been with us for many years and are also regarded as part of our family - they have the same philosophies and belief in Organics.
